UPDATE: Five of Top 10 captured
Half of the top 10 wanted by the Johnson County Sheriff's Office have been captured this month.
Donald Wesley Hobbs, 46, and Shane Edward Wilson, 26, were arrested late last week by sheriff's deputies on unrelated offenses.
Hobbs had been wanted on parole violation related to an aggravated assault charge. Acting on a tip, detectives located Hobbs inside a home in the 1400 block of Phillips Court in Cleburne, a sheriff's office press release reads. He was taken into custody without incident.
Wilson was wanted on probation revocation related to charges of resisting arrest and evading arrest with a vehicle. He also was captured without incident.
With the assistance of more tips, John Paul Street, 32, wanted on parole violation for robbery, and Patricia Annette Robinson, 41, wanted on parole violation for possession of a firearm by a felon and theft, both were arrested.
Also, the sheriff's office this month captured Terry Don Hamm, 49, who was wanted on parole violation related to DWI bond forfeiture and home burglary.
"We would like to thank all of those who were involved in providing tips to take these fugitives off the street," Sheriff Bob Alford said. "Five fugitives captured within weeks is fantastic work. Keep the tips coming."
Anyone with information related to a case that may lead to an arrest may call Johnson County Crime Stoppers anonymously at 817-469-8477 or text "JCCS" and a message to 274637.
Fugitives should be considered armed and dangerous, Alford says, and no one should attempt to apprehend a fugitive alone.
The Top 10 list is compiled by the sheriff's office in coordination with other Johnson County police agencies, Alford said.
