Thirty county employees awarded 325 years of service pins by commissioners
Three and a quarter centuries is a lot of time. And experience.
Johnson County commissioners presented length-of-service pins Monday to 30 employees who have worked for the county a total of 325 years.
Five employees received 20-year pins. They are County Court at Law No. 1 Judge Robert Mayfield III, Diane Crowe of the adult probation office, District Clerk David Lloyd, Stephanie Locklear of juvenile services, and Dwayne Morton of Precinct 4.
An additional five employees received pins for 15 years of service. They are Ricky Moon (posthumously) of Precinct 4, Linda Johnson of the district attorney’s office, Jay Kniffen and Rhonda Price of the sheriff’s office, and election administrator Patty Bourgeois.
