Burleson tennis wins Centennial tournament

Burleson’s tennis team cleaned up March 2 at the Centennial Tournament. The Elks took first place winning 17 medals. Levi Porter and Connor Williams won the boys A doubles title. Tanner Robertson and Garrett Brooks finished first in the boys B doubles bracket. Alexis Baker and Naomi Mitchell took first place in the girls B doubles bracket. Hali Dinwiddie and Emma Boyd finished third in the girls B doubles bracket. In the girls A singles bracket, Brinley Brown took first place and Neely Huskisson won the girls B singles division. Playing in the mixed A bracket, Kole Bacon and Brooke Brunson finished second. Deanna Zaragoza and Colby Matus won the mixed B bracket and Cole Channon and Hallee Richardson finished second in the same division.
